Hello Beautiful Readers,
I'm bringing you something a little different today. In advance, I will tell you there are no spoilers in this review.
I came across The Wife Between Us several times at the library I work at. Sometimes I read the description inside the book jacket of books that are returned and it had been the third time I saw The Wife Between Us, so I decided to give it a chance after a short, very-successful description.

When you read this book, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are reading about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement – a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing.
Twisted and deliciously chilling, Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen's The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.
The Wife Between Us was a pretty fast read. From the first chapter, many things were set in motion that guided me to do the very same thing I was told not to do–"Assume nothing" the authors warned.
There are multiple factors that distract you from the truths that are strategically revealed throughout the book. First, the story is told in different tenses and points of view. Second, the memory of our main character, Vanessa, guides us into rabbit holes that are hard to keep tract of.
Lots of mind games, revenge, mystery, and obsession, which I believe made the perfect thriller. At least for me.
Overall, I was definitely not disappointed by this book.
Thank you so much for reading my review of The Wife Between Us.
Right now I need to catch up with book reviews. I have Anna Dressed in Blood and We Set The Dark on Fire pending, and I'm finishing soon enough TheTiger At Midnight--Talk about catching up with my writing!
I will most likely publish the reviews for these at odd times this week, and might just get them published to feel like I'm caught up, but next week I want to publish a fun post for my art lovers.
I am embracing the messy blogger I am for now, but I would really appreciate it if you let me know what kind of blog posts you want to read.
Life had been as always busy, and I appreciate your patience.
